We are very much looking forward to everyone in the Wicker Park and Bucktown community, as well as the arts community at large, to join us on Feb. 18th for a presentation and chat about the future of arts organizations in WPBT and beyond.
For a variety of reasons, a great deal of arts organizations are at a crossroads of either having to close their doors or move to another community. Several of these organizations have been members of this community for decades.
Collectively, the Community Arts of Wicker Park would like to speak to you, dear neighbor/colleague/ally, about the future of not just one, but dozens of arts/performing arts/mixed media/literary/music organizations in the community.
Along with First Ward Alderman LaSpata, and a number of community leaders, we would love to invite you for a productive night of conversation and support.
