Do Ostriches Really Bury their Heads in the Sand? is a fictional narrative told in the format of a diorama. It voices anxiety over the endangerment of our wilderness. The flamboyant images are meant to presage disease but also reaffirm nature’s resilience, ultimately glorifying fauna’s ability to adapt and transfigure.
