This series is dedicated to the memory and impact of provocative artist and fearless mentor, Barbara DeGenevieve. Her practice, teaching, and research confronted issues regarding the relationship between art and sexuality, gender, trans-sexuality, censorship, ethics, and pornography. A recipient of many prestigious grants and awards, her writing has been published in art, photographic, and scholarly journals, and her work has been exhibited internationally. www.cargocollective.com/degenevieve
