CHICAGO – FM*Gallery is pleased to announce “Random Robot Attacks bubblegum banger bomb bots” the frantic, colorful solo exhibition of gallery artist CJ Hungerman. Hungerman uses dry media and street art techniques for his drawings and paintings, prints, installations, and skate boards.
About the Artist:
Originally from Pittsburgh PA, CJz has completed a Bachelor of Science Degree in graphic design and a Bachelor of Fine Arts Degree in painting from West Liberty State College and West Virginia University, respectively. He then continued his education at Northern Illinois University for graduate school, majoring in painting. He was taught under the direction of Gordon Dorn, Josh Kind, and Ben Mahmoud.
Upon completion of his Master of Fine Arts Degree, CJ was an instructor at the Illinois Institute of Art, Wabounsee Community College, and Sauk Valley community College. He was also a designer for Nomadic Display, a trade show company in Chicago. Currently CJ spends his time creating art and showing two dimensional work as well as installation exhibits in Chicago and thorough out the United States.
