Storytelling is a skill that can benefit your business. It allows you to draw meaningful connections with your audience, engage people in a memorable way, and inspire action—such as purchasing artwork. Join Jacqueline Towers-Perkins in a webinar where she discusses storytelling as a sales approach. Towers-Perkins draws from her experience as a contemporary art specialist in the secondary market, to provide techniques applicable to artists and sellers in the primary market.
Jacqueline Towers-Perkins is senior specialist and head of sale for the Post-War & Contemporary Art department at Bonhams Auctioneers in New York. She runs an independent consultancy serving nonprofit institutions and holding auctions at high profile events internationally, with clients including HRH Prince Charles and Jay-Z. Towers-Perkins was previously a contemporary art specialist at Artnet Auctions in New York and Paddle8 in London. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in the history of art and English literature from the University of Leeds, and a Master’s from Sotheby’s Institute in London.
