We’ve seen many shifts this year. COVID-19 forced many of us to close our doors, modify established structures and deadlines, and cause us to worry about the future of our organizations. Since the death of George Floyd, Breonna Taylor, and Ahmaud Arbery, our workplaces have also had to re-evaluate who we are, who we serve, and how we can show up for our communities while investing in a more equitable future. This panel discussion will share a glimpse into how we’d changed these last few months. Panelists include Teresa Silva of Chicago Artist Coalition, Karen Irvine of the Museum of Contemporary Photography, Jan Christian Bernabe of FLXST Contemporary, and Leslie Wilson of the Smart Museum.
