Curatorial Talks: Daria Khan and Daniel R. Quiles

Join curator Daria Khan in conversation with art critic Daniel R. Quiles. The two will discuss Khan’s London-based Mimosa House project, an exhibition and performance platform for women and trans artists, before opening up the discussion to participants.
Daria Khan is the founder and curator of Mimosa House, a non-profit gallery in London. She holds an MA in curating contemporary art from the Royal College of Art. Her recent projects include exhibitions at Austrian Cultural Forum, London; MAST, Bologna; the Moscow Biennial, Moscow; and Photographers Gallery, London. Khan was a curator in residence at MuseumsQuartier, Vienna; and a participant of the EUNIC program at Palais de Tokyo, Paris.
DANIEL R. QUILES
Daniel R. Quiles is an art critic and associate professor of art history, theory and criticism at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. His academic research has focused on Argentinean conceptualism, as well as broader questions related to new media and politics in Latin American art.
