Join us for “Inhale Confidence Exhale Success” with Amaris Evans, organized by Rhonda Wheatley. Brunch included

This class will begin with a brief 30 minute meditation, which combines transcendental and mindfulness in order to maximize confidence and success.

Following, participants will be led through a 60-minute vinyasa flow yoga practice. This practice will build strength and endurance while increasing flexibility, mental focus and overall health. Several options will be offered to beginners as well as advanced practitioners.

BIO
Amaris is a concert junkee and professional avocado lover. She began practicing Yoga 4 years ago to cope with stress while gaining her Master’s at The University of Chicago. She completed her CYT 200 with Breathe 4 Change, which specializes in certifying educators to help students cope with trauma, anxiety, stress etc. while in school.

She currently teaches Algebra on the Southside of Chicago to a beautiful group of students. She is the owner of Math Flow Connection LLC., a tutoring company that uses Pranayama, the Hatha yoga practice of breath control to help students maximize success in math. She allows you to explore where you currently are in your yoga practice while guiding you through beautiful sequences that connect breath to movement. She loves customizing her Yoga playlists with her sequences as well and doesn’t mind sharing her playlists. Amaris is excited to join the amazing team of Sanctuary Sunday in collaboration with the Justice Hotel.
