Cleo is a housekeeper for an upper-class family, and employer and employee form a bond as they suffer together through personal turmoil and sociopolitical upheaval. Winner of the Oscar for Best Director, Cuarón shoots in elegant long takes that give the eye space to wander across his meticulously orchestrated visual tableau–but the density of that pictorial design must be seen on the big screen to be experienced in full. Presented in collaboration with the Latinx Heritage Committee

runtime: 135m format: DCP
