Cultivating Empowered Discipline – (open to womxn)

This workshop invites us to reclaim the practice of discipline as self-empowering versus self-punishing. We’ll check-in on our inherent power to commit and act, learn how to set smart and actionable goals, clarify and embody our intentions moving forward, and walk away with a crafted and impactful tool to keep ourselves committed and accountable in community.

Agenda:
+ Introduction to the theme and intention of the workshop
+ Group check-ins in a safe, nonjudgmental circle
+ Education on empowered discipline, motivation and self-care
+ Expressive writing with thoughtful prompts to clarify and set intentions
+ Time to craft a discipline/commitment chart with provided art materials
+ A guided visualization
+ An embodiment exercise to uphold our disciplined selves
+ Closing in circle
