Crystal Hodges
Creative Director and Founder, Crystal Hodges, has always found magic in material, the special something about collecting and assembling large quantities of materials and carving out spaces for their thoughtful use.

A LEED Accredited Professional, Crystal brings more than eight years experience making art, design and installations and several years of interior design and set design commissions to Luft. After co-founding and practicing as INDO, a well-regarded art & design studio, she focused her energies on furthering community connections while elevating her practice. Those connections and passions support Luft’s ventures and engagements, bringing together an ever-evolving ecosystem of makers, assemblers, artists, collaborators to help organizations, brands and companies make meaning and tell stories.

Much of our work is created around production tables and on-site with the help of her team. Their talents and collaborative spirits elevate Luft.

Alisa Wolfson

She is an advocate for collaboration and design excellence within the agency and community, championing design thinking as a method for transforming products, services, processes and strategy.

Her work has been recognized by notable industry awards, including the inaugural D&AD White Pencil, Best in Show at the One Show Design, and the first-ever Gold Pencil awarded to Design for the Greater Good. She has been named one of 30 “Women to Watch” by Ad Age Magazine.
