The National Poetry Slam’s (Dis)ability Open Mic will be hosted by Cherlnell Lane! This event is held for those who identify as disabled or experience disability to tell their stories and share their truth. All are invited to attend and listen.
Cherlnell Lane is an author, poet, and teacher and proud South Side Chicagoan. Cherlnell is the founder of “Writing Through It Workshops” which help people deal, heal, and release or seal their emotions in a positive way.
