It’s not a matter of if change is going to happen, but when
An experiential change leadership workshop that takes a practical approach to the “big” topics we need to address
Oftentimes when people hear about change a range of reactions occur – not all of which are particularly positive. Change of any magnitude will affect the people, processes, and culture currently in place, regardless of the scale of the change. It’s not a matter of if change is going to happen, but when. What you need when that time comes is receptive and resilient leaders. In this experiential workshop you will learn the following skills that will make you a more effective change leader:
-Unite team members’ emotions and intellect with the vision of the desired change
-Define expectations and bring clarity to how the change will impact individuals and teams
-Communicate with timely and relevant information and encourage feedback
-Shift, eliminate, or add new priorities while always considering the bigger picture
-Utilize milestones, measurement, and celebrations to sustain energy over the course of the change initiative
Why will it be experiential? Experiential learning combines immersive activities that mimic real-world challenges with a targeted debrief that connects the lessons learned to the reality of the workplace. It allows participants to learn by doing, and not by just listening, reading, or watching. Because they have personally experienced the results that come with applying their existing skills (both successes and failures) they are more inclined to do things differently next time. New competencies are developed, more information is retained, and participants are more likely to apply their new knowledge back on the job.
