Artist, Mares shares “I feel as if our minds and our consciousness are also a form of dark matter. Only known to ourselves, with all its complexities and mysteries; unavailable for anyone else to see.”
“Dark matter is a glimpse into the mind.” says Mares.
“A deciphering of cryptic messages and scenes presented in an automatic drawing style. To (near) completely halt conscious decision making and lose the self into the experience of subconscious creation.” said Mares.
Mares shares “This is the darkness finally being able to meet the light.”
The exhibit is open until the last day in August. Gallery hours are open weekdays 10am-5pm.
