The Chicago Alliance of Visual Artists (CAVA) and the North Shore Art League (NSAL) have collaborated to present a juried summer exhibit entitled “Water.” CAVA, a not-for-profit organization managed by volunteer artists, is committed to providing its diverse fellowship of artists age 50 and older the opportunity to present their art to Chicago and surrounding communities. The North Shore Art League, founded in 1924, is dedicated to enriching the communities it serves through art education and exhibitions.
The exhibit runs July 20–August 18, 2017 at NSAL’s gallery that is open to the public. Exhibit features 68 works of art by 48 CAVA and NSAL members. Gallery hours are Monday through Fridays from 8:00 a.m.–9:00 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 9:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.
