Echoes of Chicago is a nonprofit whose mission is to create affordable, innovative arts and music events that promote Chicago culture and community while raising awareness and funds for local nonprofits. Through our participation at Taste of River North, we hope to inspire an appreciation for what a sustainable and symbiotic community is and what Chicagoans can do to support local arts throughout the city.
Echoes of Chicago is excited to be participating in Taste of River North to curate the Riverwalk into a unique and memorable experience for attendees. Echoes invites working artists – who are often unable to commit to street festivals – to add a diverse collection of local art and culture to the Arts on the Riverwalk. Echoes exists to provide spaces to further democratize art and culture in Chicago, making it accessible to everyone.
