Erin Hayden: “Forever?”
“Forever?” presents a billboard-like installation on the front lawn that serves to obstruct the facade of DEMO Project. With demolition of this site looming, this signage offers a glimpse of what it will feel like to be without DEMO — as both domestic site and site for cultural intervention.

“Unfurnished”
With its sterilized domestic walls and stripping of inhabitants, DEMO Project elicits an exploration of how we are living here now. “Unfurnished” brings together six artists who consider contemporary living and an urgency in suggesting adornment as distraction.

Featured artists are Mel Cook, Max Guy, Liz McCarthy, Betty Roytburd, Emma Safir, and David Sprecher. “Unfurnished” is organized by Erin Hayden.

“Sketch Organs”
“Sketch Organs” brings together five video artists who consider coping with corporeality in our time through alternative realities. Pull their leg — it stretches. Let them fall off a cliff — they get back up. Beating on bodies — because we wish we could be invincible. Collectively, this selection of videos and animations highlights how numb we have gotten to physical experiences and attempts to rectify what it means to be alive today.

Featured artists are Lilli Carré, Kara Gut, Amy Lockhart, Jessie Mott and Steve Reinke. “Sketch Organs” is organized by Erin Hayden.
