The President’s Gallery at Harold Washington College presents “Institutionalized,” an art exhibition featuring work that explores different institutions – from mental health institutions to the frameworks around consumer culture. The six artists, Robert Ives, Matt Bodett, Edwin Parker, Gabrielle Jensen, David Merrick, and Yatsu Sada, are part of Alogia Projects, a group with the goal to make challenging and financially accessible artwork. In this exhibition, the artists explore various institutions using photography, sculpture, drawing, printmaking, collage, and text-based works.

Harold Washington College offers strong programs in many art disciplines including visual arts – 2D, 3D, Architecture, Digital Multimedia, Photography and Printmaking.
